The area around our Lubborn creamery in Somerset is one of the best dairy farming regions in the whole of the UK, with the perfect soil and climate to ensure lush pastures for our cows.

We use only traditional ripening methods and insist on the best quality local milk for the cheese. Our bries really do taste superb – rich, creamy and full of flavour. These include:

• Somerset Brie - 1kg and 2.35kg wheels (Classic and Organic) Deliciously smooth and creamy, available in all major supermarkets and 1000’s of independent grocers, behind the deli counter.
• Channel Island Brie - wedge and 1kg wheels. Produced using milk from our Guernsey and Jersey herds - this is our finest quality brie.
