Dairy Farmers of Britain cheddar is available in 200g/400g and large blocks for the deli. The range includes:

Mild - wonderfully smooth texture with a mellow taste that melts in the mouth.

Mature – luxuriously rich and matured for up to a year before it is ready to be sent to the shops.

Extra Mature – deep and distinctive flavour, based on an ancient recipe – “The King of Cheddars”!
