In the end, it’s we the farmers who approve all the major decisions. Each and every farmer has a vote in deciding who sits on our Member Council. This Member Council then elects our company’s Board of Directors.

Our Board of Directors and management team are responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. They remain accountable to us, the farm membership.

We’re busy making sure we make good milk!

We let the others get on with the corporate stuff.
